The living room contains a sofa bed and sofa seating area and a kitchen equipped with modern appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, oven and refrigerator with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery and serving, electrical appliance for squeezing citrus fruits, baking tray for sandwiches and kettle.

The apartment includes two bathrooms with large and small towels for guests, entrance hall and very spacious terrace with dining table and glass fence that provides a clear view of the Bay.
